Globitel, the leading telecom and customer care solutions provider, announced its participation for the tenth consecutive year in the 30th annual Mobile World Congress (MWC) which will take place in Barcelona, Spain. The event is considered the biggest of its kind, gathering global ICT market’s decision makers. Globitel will be representing the Kingdom of Jordan as an exhibitor in this International technology event.
The annual Mobile World Congress will be taking place from the 22nd until the 25th of February, 2016 where Globitel will be showcasing its broad lineup of Roaming, Engagement & Mobility, Workforce Optimization and Customer Engagement Management solutions.
During the congress, Globitel will also be presenting its latest innovations that fall under the Engagement & Mobility offerings; 4G Location Based Services and LTE Diameter Solutions, both of which aim to enhance the backend of mobile operators’ networks.
On his part, Globitel’s Vice President, Fadi Qutaishat, said: “We are keen on taking part in the MWC every year.
