Avaya DevConnect Program Enables & Extends Market Reach of Technology Companies
Amman, Jordan – Globitel, a leading telecom and customer care solutions provider, announced that its flagship product, SpeechLog 7, is now a certified integrated system with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager R7.0 and Avaya Aura® Contact Center 6.4. Avaya, being a Globitel Technology Partner, assessed SpeechLog’s capabilities which were later on officially recognized as compliant.
Avaya Aura® Communication Manager is an open IP telephony platform providing over 700 PBX features, and Avaya Aura® Contact Center is a solution combined from several features including voice and multimedia contact processing, agent handling, management and reporting, networking and third party application interfaces. Both systems are developed within the Avaya DevConnect program which aims to create a diverse range of solution capabilities assisted by technology partners similar to Globitel.
