Amman, Jordan – Globitel, the leading telecom and customer care solutions provider held a workshop in Le Meridien Hotel titled “Banking Customer Care & Quality Management Solutions”, inviting decision makers and managers from banks in Jordan. Globitel’s plan was to introduce the financial sector in Jordan to the new solutions catered to serve a technological uplifting of the banking operational experience for both agents and clients.
Taking off with a welcoming and introductory speech from Globitel’s Vice President Fadi Qutaishat to present the company’s history and future goals in the local and outer regional markets, the event consisted of interactive discussions and presentations with the audience which included IT, Customer Care and Managerial banking personnel.
Starting with a focus on customer care relations, Globitel’s Customer Care Presales Manager Shareif Qubbaj, and Regional Sales Manager Rzeik Al Qurashi introduced the audience to the company’s latest updates on the widespread Workforce Optimization (WFO) set of solutions including: SpeechLog Recording and Quality management system, Workforce Management, Retail Quality Management and Performance Management Platform systems. The team highlighted the security and data encryption engineered within the systems to cater safe and centralized banking data transfer across branches, making the solutions most suitable for the banks’ operational environments.
As 88% of the banks are already operating their call centers on Globitel’s customer care and workforce optimization solutions, Globitel saw the importance of keeping partner banks updated with the latest security and data encryption software developments enhancing the safe client financial experience.

Globitel’s Business Development and Sales Officer Fahed Qaramseh, and Telecom Solutions Product Manager Bara’ Harb changed the stream of the workshop when they presented the company’s USSD Banking and AutoDialer solutions from both the customer beneficial experience and back-end technology aspects; where USSD Banking will provide an easy-access portal for clients into their bank accounts and financial services, while AutoDialer acts as an interactive voiced information push delivery platform to stay in touch with clients.
