The company aims to expand its offices to Egypt and Pakistan in the near future
Amman, Jordan (September, 2021) – Globitel, a leading telecom and contact center solutions provider, officially announces today that the company has launched an office in Baghdad, Iraq.
The market is growing on a regular basis and Globitel made the decision to expand the regional presence of the company to offer services from our in-house team. The move aims to support its network of partners and customers in Iraq.
As the various industries in Iraq start to grow and mature, Globitel will be ready to offer its products in roaming, VAS and customer care which are supported by a team of experts that adapt and customize Globitel’s products according to local needs to swiftly meet market demands.
Fadi Qutaishat, Globitel’s VP, said the office in Iraq was deliberated for some time but they finally decided to go through it because of Iraq’s rising importance in the region.
“Our outstanding network of partnerships and customers in Iraq, and in the region, was one of the main reasons we decided to grow our presence into the country”, Qutaishat said “We are now able to play a more active role in Iraq and take on new initiatives and projects to support the market and the growth it will experience in the coming years.”
Qutaishat continues, “This move is also a precursor to better reach in Egypt and Pakistan as we prepare to expand in these countries as well with a firm foothold for our company, and further support our customers across the Middle East.”
