JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly assign cases and tickets to the appropriate teams to ensure timely responses.
- Actively monitor incoming emails and cases to prevent any from going unattended, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Extract and generate reports related to cases and tasks to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve response time.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role.
- Understanding of CRM software, preferably JIRA or Microsoft CRM.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- organizational and multitasking skills.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
