Job Level: Junior

Working Schedule: Onsite

Location: Riyadh – KSA

JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly assign cases and tickets to the appropriate teams to ensure timely responses.
  • Actively monitor incoming emails and cases to prevent any from going unattended, prioritizing urgent issues.
  • Extract and generate reports related to cases and tasks to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve response time.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of CRM software, preferably JIRA or Microsoft CRM.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
