The operator has been using Globitel’s Workforce Management to optimize their call center operations for more than 10 years to forecast staffing needs, create efficient schedules, and balance agent availability with call volumes. Based on this success, this client collaborated with Globitel to launch a WFM that serves the branches. This partnership resulted in a new release of Globitel WFM Retail leveraging Globitel’s experience in WFM with the great knowledge of the telecom operator in branch operations and management.
