Amman, Jordan (March 2016)- Globitel, the leading telecom and customer care solutions provider, concluded its participation -representing Jordan- in the Mobile World Congress 2016, which took place in Barcelona, Spain, from the 22nd until the 25th of February.
During the event, Globitel announced the launching of its LTE Diameter Solutions and 4G Location Based Services as the latest additions to the company’s portfolio. Part of Globitel plan in 2016, after getting recently listed as a niche player in Gartner’s magic quadrant, Globitel introduced its Workforce Optimization Suite to its partners and customers to provide better quality and enhance end-user interaction.
Commenting on MWC’s participation, Globitel’s Vice President Fadi Qutaishat stated “We always begin our year by exhibiting at the MWC to stay in line with the demands of the market, set our yearly plan, and effectively contribute in the continuous technological developments. 2016 marked a successful participation at the event where we acquired new partners and clients, and we are implementing out our new solutions and services as part of this year’s plan.”
