Sharif Alnabulsi
CEO & Cofounder
Co-founder and CEO of Globitel, Sharif Nabulsi, is also one of the pillars upon which Globitel relied heavily during its rise to its current market status. Nabulsi joined the team in 1996 as General Manager, and his presence was key in achieving the rapid growth the company experienced since then.Nabulsi holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Electronics from London University King’s College. Prior to joining Globitel, he managed Rifat Nabulsi & Co. – a family-owned business specializing in the telecommunications.
Nabulsi has an impressive, 18-year experience in the fields of IT and telecommunications, which he reinforces with a team-oriented management and an unfaltering loyalty to innovation.
Samer Halawa
Vice Chairman & Cofounder
Samer Halawa, Vice Chairman and Co-founder of Globitel, has been instrumental in the company’s success since its founding in 1996. A visionary leader, he has championed innovation and collaboration, driving Globitel to prominence in the telecom industry. Since 2016, Mr. Halawa has led the integration of artificial intelligence into Globitel’s products, revolutionizing customer experiences and enhancing operational efficiency with cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University and the prestigious Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School, Mr. Halawa blends technical expertise with strategic leadership. His efforts have solidified Globitel’s reputation as a leader in delivering innovative telecom solutions globally.
Fadi Qutaishat

Fadi Qutaishat serves as a Managing Director, leading transformative sales strategies, business development, and growth initiatives. With close to three decades of expertise in marketing, sales leadership, and strategic planning within the IT and telecom sectors, he has earned widespread recognition and numerous accolades for his exceptional achievements. A visionary and results-driven leader, Mr. Qutaishat combines innovation with strategic insight to drive success, foster excellence, and cultivate long-term partnerships. Wisam Ammori
VP of Technology
Wisam Ammori, Vice President of Technology at Globitel, has been a driving force behind the company’s technological evolution over the decades. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan, he rose rapidly from developer to development manager, demonstrating exceptional leadership and technical acumen. His visionary approach has been instrumental in shaping Globitel’s innovative solutions and strengthening its position in regional and global markets. Ammori’s blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence continues to propel the company’s success, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technological advancements. Managing Director – Globitel KSA
Nael Halawa, Managing Director of Globitel’s KSA office and Vice President of Innovation, has been a key figure in the company’s growth since joining as a partner in 2000. Initially serving as Customer Care Director, he played a pivotal role in developing customer care products and leading marketing and business development initiatives. In 2016, Halawa undertook the restructuring and management of Globitel’s KSA office, driving its success as a hub of innovative customer care solutions. His strategic vision and expertise have solidified Globitel’s leadership in the Saudi market and beyond, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
