Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join Globitel’s Product Management team and help create intuitive, modern, and user-centered digital experiences. You will transform business requirements and user needs into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces, working closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
This role goes beyond making screens look good. You will need to understand why a feature is needed, how users will interact with it, and where usability challenges may arise, translating complex requirements into simple and effective experiences.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for web and enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
- Create responsive and visually consistent interfaces across different screen sizes.
- Identify usability issues and propose practical design improvements.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and design systems.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented features and make sure they maintain the intended UX/UI quality.
- Stay up to date with modern UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging AI-assisted design capabilities.
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or enterprise application design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Good understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing enterprise/B2B software products.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
