Project Manager
Position Summary:
Globitel, a leading telecom and customer care solutions provider since 1996, is
seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead our projects to
success. Preferably Saudi national.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and define various aspects of the project, such as scope, objectives, deliverables, activities, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project quality using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Competencies:
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager in the IT/Software/Telecom industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project and CRM systems.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is required.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
